These Terms of Service govern your use of Signal Recall, operated by SignalRecall. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Signal Recall, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Signal Recall is an AI-powered relationship management tool. The service allows you to store contact information, log interactions, receive AI-generated signals and insights about your network, and generate message drafts using artificial intelligence.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Credits
Signal Recall operates on a credit-based system. The Starter plan includes 10 AI credits per month at no cost. Pro ($19/month) includes 100 credits and Elite ($39/month) includes 300 credits. Credits are used for AI features: 1 credit for data import or extraction, 2 credits for draft message generation, and interaction logging is free. Credits reset monthly and unused credits do not carry over. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. AI-Powered Features
Signal Recall uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to provide features such as message draft generation and signal extraction. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and does not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Your data is sent to these AI providers for processing when you use AI features.
6. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you input into Signal Recall, including contact information, interaction logs, and notes. By using the service, you grant SignalRecall a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent or legal basis to store personal data about your contacts.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Signal Recall for any illegal activity, harassment or stalking, storing highly sensitive data such as social security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records in contact notes, scraping or automated data collection, reverse engineering or attempting to access the underlying code, misrepresenting your identity, or any use that violates the rights of others.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account by contacting [email protected]. SignalRecall may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
9. Disclaimers
Signal Recall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI-generated content, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalRecall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SignalRecall in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
